How long does it take?
Your story is delivered by email within 5–7 business days after your order.
What kind of photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo of your child's face, looking at the camera, works best. You can add up to 3 photos per child.
Can siblings or friends be in the same story?
Yes. Up to 3 children can star together. Each additional child is +$25.
What happens to my child's photos?
Photos are stored securely, used only to create your story, and deleted after delivery. We never share them. Read our privacy policy.
How does the $15 sharing discount work?
When you order a movie, you can choose to let us share your story on our YouTube channel, website and social media. In return you save $15. You can ask us to change your child's name in anything we publish, and you can withdraw your permission at any time. We never publish the photos you upload.
What if the character doesn't look right?
Every order includes one free revision. Just reply to the delivery email and tell us what to change.
Which languages are available?
Stories are currently narrated in English. More languages are coming soon.
