These terms apply to orders placed on vstorykids.com, operated by [YOUR FULL NAME / COMPANY], [ADDRESS], Cyprus.
What you're buying
A personalized digital storybook (PDF), a personalized animated movie (MP4), or both, created from scratch from the photos and details you provide. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
We deliver by email, usually within 5–7 business days after payment. If we need more time, we'll let you know.
Revisions and refunds
Each order includes one free revision if something doesn't look right. Because every story is custom-made for your child, you agree that work starts right after payment, and orders can't be cancelled for a refund once production has begun. If we can't deliver your order, we'll refund you in full.
Your photos and content
You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of every child in the photos you upload, and that you have the right to share them with us. Don't upload photos of other people's children without their parents' permission.
Using your story
Your story is for your family's personal use: watch it, print it, and share it with family and friends. VStory Kids keeps the rights to the story templates, characters and artwork styles. We'll only publish your story if you gave consent when ordering.
Sharing discount
Movie orders can include an optional $15 discount in exchange for permission to use the finished story in VStory Kids marketing, as described in our privacy policy. The discount applies only when the permission is signed at checkout. If you later withdraw the permission, we'll stop new use; the discount isn't charged back.
